Columbia, MO - The Stephens Stars traveled to St. Louis, Missouri to take on the Hornets of Harris-Stowe State University in an AMC contest. This was the first time the Stars and Hornets faced each other this season as the first match up was forfeited due to Covid.

The Stars looked to close the gap in the fourth early. A made free-throw from
Allison Moore closed the gap to three, 51-54, but the Hornets responded with a six-point run of their own to take a 57-51 lead. The Stars would be unable to bring the game any closer from the six-point deficit, as they dropped the contest to the Hornets 60-70.
