Columbia, MO - The Stephens Stars softball team took on the Tigers of Iowa Wesleyan University today in the first game of their three game weekend. The Tigers got on the board quick with three runs in the first. The Stars responded quick with runs of their own.
In the sixth, two more runs from the Stars put them up by three. In the final inning, the Tigers looked to gain some momentum with a run of their own, but
Gillian Hale's pitching ended the inning quick.
