Campbellsville, Ky. - In a formidable clash, Stephens Basketball took on the top-ranked NAIA team, Campbellsville University (Ky.), concluding with the Tigers securing a 62-89 win.
While the Stars initiated the game by clinching the jump ball, Campbellsville swiftly gained momentum with a three-pointer. Lauren Friedrich's layup and a series of successful baskets from Mia Morel and Zaraya March briefly propelled the Stars into the lead. However, by halftime, the Stars found themselves trailing by 14 points.
