Columbia, MO - The Stephens Stars hosted the Tigers of Iowa Wesleyan University in their second match of the day. Looking to rebound after dropped their earlier contest to Cottey, the Stars picked up a 3-0 sweep over the Tigers, earning their first victory of the season. Stephens started the match strong, immediately putting service pressure on the Tigers. After taking the first set, the Stars did not let up and pushed straight through sets two and three. The win also marks the first under Head Coach Nathan Davis.
