Columbia, MO - Stephens College is proud to welcome Kayln Sticher, known as Stich, as the Athletic Performance Coach and Nutritionist for Stars Soccer.
Stich is an experienced athletic performance and sports nutrition professional with over a decade of Division I collegiate athletics experience, including time at Northern Arizona University, the University of Missouri, Baylor University, Texas A&M University, and the University of Louisiana.
She holds advanced professional certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association, reflecting a strong foundation in evidence-based training and performance science.
Stich played Division I collegiate basketball and earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University. She then completed her Master of Education in Educational School and Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri and is currently completing her second master's degree in Dietetics at the University of Missouri. Her work centers on integrating nutrition, performance training, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support athlete health, recovery, and development, not only to enhance performance on the field but in life.
In addition to her collegiate work, Stich is a Performance Coach at the Parisi Speed School in Columbia and is the founder of FUEL Performance Nutrition LLC, a performance nutrition service for all ages.
